I recorded myself being frustrated, send the recording to my laptop and played the recording through my laptop speakers. I then rerecorded this recording with my phone, send it to my laptop again, and the cycle continued. Each cycle consumed a part of the original recording and added noise in return. I ended the rerecording cycle once the the cycle repeats stopped making a difference, and used different types of slowdown techniques to further extend and abstract the noise.
For me, frustration seems to go hand in hand with allergic reactions. I'm not sure which one causes the other, but they often come together. In the end of this recording, the sneeze remains audible in the form of a ringing sound.
