Plastic Audio - Escapism

Escapism is defined as the tendency to seek distraction and relief from unpleasant realities, especially by seeking entertainment or engaging in fantasy. For me last couple of weeks Escapism has been eating away my worries. I recorded sounds of plastic to work further on.

I wanted to use these sounds to make a white noise like sound. White Noise is one way sound can be used for Escapism. Researchers concluded that the white noise helped people sleep and stay asleep [In a way, escapism from reality].

Shape: sheet/cloth

Mass: soft and malleable

Texture: satin

Movement: crumbles and crunches interacting with the audio

Color: light blue

Smell: flowers (but only when a sound is heard)
